Graphic Designer/Presentation Specialist
A well-established DC firm is seeking an experienced designer to develop presentations and other executions that adhere to the firms graphic standards. The successful candidate will be adept at presenting complex scenarios in a creative and well-organized format. Candidate will be asked to design firm PowerPoint presentations, including those directed at clients, business prospects, lateral and law school candidates, and other external and internal audiences; create graphics to demonstrate complex concepts and evidence for presentation during trial; and layout proposal responses to enhance the overall impact of the submission. Other duties include: design firm announcements, advertisements, brochures, fact sheets, handouts and other communications; design the firm's SharePoint Intranet; create and update select graphics and photo banner files on the firms external website, in addition to internal and external e-mail communications; edit and create final audio and video files for firm webinar programs; serve as the photographer for select firm events and create slide show presentations and other executions of the photo files.
Candidate must be able to successfully manage assigned projects from start to finish and meet tight deadlines, be detail-oriented and have the requisite experience to work independently or as a member of a team. Great communication skills are a must.
Other requirements include a Bachelors degree (MFA a plus), 3-5 years of presentation design experience and proficiency in Creative Suite 4 (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver, specifically). Expert-level knowledge of PowerPoint is essential, including fluency in Master pages, color palettes, type, multi-media, animation tools, and strong design aesthetic. Candidate must have experience with print production, proficiency with Word and Excel and flexibility to work overtime. Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Litigation Support Services Project Assistant
Global law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Services Project Assistant to provide litigation and practice support to legal staff. This staff member will participate as a LSS Department team member on a variety of practice projects such as case management, electronic discovery, document productions, discovery document reviews, and data research.
Responsibilities:
Assists attorneys with various computer and technology issues, specifically document productions, discovery data conversion, spreadsheets, and electronic discovery. Assists Analysts with case work such as: vendor coordination for trial set up, data entry, and proofing documents. Performs a variety of practice functions including: copying discovery CDs, coordinating large document production print jobs, scanning and OCR'ing of case documents. Network Service Administrator
Prominent DC law firm is searching for a Network Service Administrator (NSA) to be responsible for the administration, monitoring and maintenance of the data and telephone infrastructure for their assigned office. Additionally will be responsible for setting up Video Conference calls and desktop sharing for inter and intra office conferences, will provision network user accounts, maintain the security and distribution groups for their assigned office and maintain user access for specific applications. Must be able to provide excellent customer service and timely resolution to end-user problems that may include PC setup, hardware, software, printer, copier, remote access or laptop troubleshooting and support. Ideal applicants should have a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a Microsoft environment in a medium to large work environment. Litigation Support Manager (LSM)
The Litigation Support Manager of this company will assist lawyers with the management of electronic files throughout the litigation lifecycle. The LSM acts as a liaison between the attorneys, technical staff, and vendors to produce effective technical solutions. They will determine if case needs can be efficiently met using internal resources, vendor resources, or a combination of the two. When using vendors, the LSM manages the selection process which will include RFP creation, proposal review, and vendor recommendation. Once a vendor is selected, the LSM manages all vendor related processes to ensure that the product is delivered as designed.
When case needs can be met using internal resources, the LSM will work with legal assistants to effectively manage the organization of electronic documents. The LSM will be responsible for database design, data conversion, processing of native and paper files, preparing data for review and quality control.
The LSM will encourage and promote the use of litigation technology to lawyers and legal assistants who are unfamiliar with the capabilities. For the lawyers and staff who are more experienced in litigation support, the LSM will demonstrate more advanced case management techniques to provide a streamlined workflow.

Practice Technology Specialist

Help Desk - Document Specialist
Large law firm in DC is looking for a Document Specialist to join their team. Qualified candidate will create and convert various types of documents such as court filings, agreements, contracts, leases, letters, memoranda, pleadings, etc. using Microsoft Office and other tools such as Delta View.
