Rhonda's presentation described DeltaView and its integration with PC Docs. Camille presented a troubleshooting section which included:

The following questions were asked during the meeting:

Question:	What is a padded cell? and how does it affect the comparison of tables?
Answer:	A padded cell is the very first cell in the table (column 1, row 1), so named because all of the table information is padded into this cell. If this hidden information is different in the two documents, DeltaView will not be able to do the comparison. -------------------------
Question:	How do you set the default of how the DeltaView will save (Word, WDF, RTF)?
Answer:	DeltaView's default save is set in the Document Management section of the DeltaView Configuration. From DeltaView, select File, Preferences, DeltaView Configuration. Click on Document Management, Document Format. Select the appropriate default format. Save the configuration file. The IS department can password protect the configuration. This will make DeltaView Configuration inaccessible from the menu. To make it accessible, hold the shift down when clicking on DeltaView in the programs menu.
