TutorPro - A Real World Example Sue Pasfield (TutorPro) & Christine Laylon (Dickstein)Christine Laylon
and Rhonda Foltz |
|||
| Summary: |
Christine demonstrated how Dickstein is utilizing
TutorPro software to supplement their stand-up training during their
XP rollout.
After a lot of general discussion, where people from other firms spoke highly of their experiences with TutorPro, Sue Pasfield gave a short demonstration on how to create a lesson and email finished lessons to users.
Sue
Pasfield For more information, take a look at their demos available on the Tutor Pro website. Below is a link to Dickstein Shapiro's business case that helped the trainers sell the TutorPro package to upper management. As Colleen Wells from Dickstein put it: |
|||
"It wasn't the business case alone that moved this forward but rather several years of discussion and of course, the diligence of Rhonda's follow through with our management. Were it not for her and the meetings/conversations she had, the business case would have been just a piece of paper. I guess what I'm saying is that a proposal is just a proposal and it needs to be sold and talked up." |
