Description: A large number of law firms have already converted to Office XP and found several things that they needed to customize for their firm, as well as annoyances that they needed to resolve.

This meeting was a “Roundtable” discussion that covered the following and more...

Ž       Customizations made to menus or toolbars; (Rochelle went to an association that had upgraded to XP and noticed that they kept the 2000 menus for PowerPoint.  In other words, the Slide Layout and the Apply Design Template looked the same as their Office 2000 because the staff did not like the Task Pane options.)
Ž
Task panes – leave them on, turn them off, etc.
Ž       Printer problems
Ž       Tips to make it more “User Friendly”
Ž       Special tweaking for PDF software
