Getting Things Done |

| Description: |
We all wear so many hats and have so many projects on our plate that it's easy to get behind and overwhelmed. One of our members, Kathy Valentine, has formulated a system for using Outlook tasks and some zen-like techniques for getting that "to-do" list under control. It includes customizing the task pad view, customizing categories for type of activity involved, standard wording to use in task subjects for convenient sorting, custom views for a daily review, weekly review, and more. Of course the hard part is developing new habits -- maybe that's where the zen comes in. :-) Download Kathy's synopsis as part of the 2005 zip here. |
