Description:	Lisa was kind enough to show us what her firm uses for scanning documents and faxing from their desktops. The AccuRoute client allows you to scan a document from a scanner and automatically save it into your Document Management software. It utilizes the email address of the server to route the document to the DM S with the profile you created. We will demonstrate how to create a AccuRoute Scanning Cover Sheet, scan a document on a multi-function printer, and find the document in DM. We will then demonstrate how the Omtool server can also route faxes. We will generate a fax from our desktop, and show how you receive a fax using Genifax. Lisa can also show you the 'backend' - what the server sees as these jobs are being processed. http://www.omtool.com/
