We learned from other WTF members and guests about support, training and upgrade aspects for Interwoven's FileSite. Panel leaders included:

Bill Sakers from Younts Consulting, Inc. -- Bill installs FileSites for Younts consulting firm;

Lisa Ebron from Williams & Connolly -- Lisa has been through 2 FileSite Upgrades;

Martin Crabtree from Jackson & Campbell -- Martin is in the process of upgrading to WorkSite 8.2/FileSite (from Interwoven 8.0, classic interface). He is developing training materials and plans to train a pilot group about May 14. If everything goes well, he will be on the panel.

Jill Dietz from Dinsmore & Shohl -- Jill is currently in pilot of FileSite and offered to be on our panel; and

Joyce Jarrett from GrayRobinson -- Joyce just finished a big rollout, training 4 out of 8 offices on FileSite Matter Centric. Joyce is in Florida but is willing to conference in for the meeting and answer questions.
