Description of Presenters:

At our last meeting it was brought to our attention that we, as trainers, should re-evaluate the way that we train. We need to utilize other techniques such as WebEx, template development, etcetera, so that we can continue to be a valuable commodity to our firms. This meeting focused on using WebEx to deliver presentations in real time over the internet.
